Key Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Dietitians with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing client files, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Prepare and organize educational materials, handouts, and resources for client consultations and group workshops.
- Support in the creation and modification of meal plans under the direct supervision of a Registered Dietitian.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry related to client progress, dietary preferences, and service utilization.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, answering general questions and directing specific inquiries to the appropriate dietitian.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of consultation rooms and office spaces.
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies and nutritional resources.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in nutrition and client care.
- Adhere strictly to privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
