Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Registered Dietitians, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Prepare and organize educational materials, handouts, and resources for client consultations and workshops.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Assist with data entry related to client progress, nutritional assessments, and program outcomes.
- Communicate with clients regarding appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and general inquiries in a professional manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of consultation rooms and common areas.
- Support the preparation of food demonstrations or educational events as needed.
- Order and maintain office supplies and nutrition-related resources.
- Collaborate with the dietetic team to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.
