Key Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Dieticians in preparing educational materials, presentations, and client handouts.
- Gather and organize client information, dietary histories, and progress reports under direct supervision.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments, managing the dietician's calendar efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
- Prepare and set up rooms for client consultations, workshops, or group sessions.
- Input and update client data into electronic health records or other designated systems.
- Assist with inventory management of nutritional resources and office supplies.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Support the team in research and data collection for program development or client needs.
- Shadow dieticians during consultations to gain practical insight into client interactions and care plans (with client consent).
- Adhere to all confidentiality, privacy (HIPAA), and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
