Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Execute a full scope of general dentistry procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, crowns, and bridges.
- Conduct cosmetic dental procedures such as teeth whitening, veneers, and bonding.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
- Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and sterilization procedures.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry.
Required Skills
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental license to practice in Nigeria.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience as a practicing dentist.
- Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including restorative, endodontic, and exodontic treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
