Key Responsibilities
- Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading packages safely and efficiently.
- Verify shipment contents against delivery manifests to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and sort packages in the warehouse and delivery vehicles according to routing plans.
- Support drivers with navigation and route planning to optimize delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with customers upon delivery, ensuring a professional and courteous service.
- Handle cash or digital payments for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, if required, and accurately record transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the delivery vehicle and designated work areas.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Report any delivery issues, damaged goods, or customer feedback to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with warehouse duties such as inventory checks, packing, and labeling as needed.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry packages up to 25 kg.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
