Key Responsibilities
- Safely and promptly deliver packages, documents, and goods to designated locations within Enugu.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet scheduled deadlines.
- Maintain the motorcycle in good working condition, performing routine checks and reporting any issues.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all items during transit, handling them with care.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Accurately complete delivery logs, maintain records of transactions, and handle cash or electronic payments as required.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations, prioritizing personal and public safety.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and colleagues regarding delivery status or unforeseen delays.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency in riding a motorcycle safely and efficiently.
- Valid Nigerian Motorcycle Rider's License.
