Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, documents, and other goods to designated locations across Dubai.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries, utilizing navigation apps.
- Ensure the secure handling and transportation of all items, preventing damage or loss.
- Collect payments and process transactions accurately, providing correct change and receipts where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle mileage.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members regarding delivery status or issues.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle (motorcycle/van) and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service, representing Career.supersecrets professionally at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid UAE motorcycle or light vehicle driving license.
- Proven ability to navigate Dubai roads efficiently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with using GPS and navigation applications.
- High level of physical fitness and stamina.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery rider in the UAE or GCC region.
