Key Responsibilities
- Collect food orders from various restaurants and ensure accuracy before departure.
- Safely and efficiently transport food orders to customers' specified locations within Nyaruguru.
- Adhere to designated delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions, handling queries politely and professionally.
- Process payments accurately, whether cash or electronic, using provided equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of your delivery vehicle (motorcycle/bicycle).
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations diligently.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, restaurants, and customers regarding order status or unforeseen delays.
- Handle food items with care, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
Required Skills
- Valid motorcycle driving license (Category A) or bicycle proficiency.
- Proven ability to navigate Nyaruguru's streets efficiently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
