Key Responsibilities
- Pick up food orders from partner restaurants accurately and promptly.
- Safely and efficiently transport food items to customers' specified locations within Gisagara.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of food orders are maintained during transit.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on duty.
- Process cash and cashless payments accurately using provided equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a polite and professional attitude.
- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch team regarding delivery status or issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of delivery equipment (e.g., thermal bags).
- Represent Career.supersecrets positively in the community.
Required Skills
- Valid motorcycle/scooter driving license and clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of Gisagara area geography and navigation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry delivery bags (up to 10-15kg).
- Comfortable using smartphone applications for navigation and order management.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Customer-service oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery rider or in a similar logistics role.
- Own well-maintained motorcycle/scooter with valid registration and insurance.
- Knowledge of basic motorcycle/scooter maintenance.
- Fluency in Kinyarwanda and working knowledge of English or French.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
