Key Responsibilities
- Execute timely and safe pick-ups and deliveries of goods and packages across various locations in Abuja.
- Utilize the Kwik Delivery mobile application efficiently to accept, track, and manage delivery orders.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, the Kwik support team, and merchants.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company safety policies.
- Ensure the careful handling and transport of all items to prevent damage or loss.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and responsibly, if required.
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of your motorbike (or preferred vehicle) to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Represent Kwik Delivery with professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in riding a motorbike (or driving a suitable delivery vehicle) safely and skillfully.
- Excellent knowledge of Abuja's road networks and routes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use a smartphone and navigate mobile applications effectively.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- High level of responsibility and reliability.
- Valid rider's license (or driver's license) and vehicle registration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of proven experience as a delivery rider or courier.
