Key Responsibilities
- Assist primary delivery drivers in loading and unloading parcels from vehicles.
- Verify parcel details against delivery manifests to ensure accuracy.
- Sort and organize packages efficiently for optimized delivery routes.
- Accompany drivers on delivery routes, assisting with navigation and customer interactions.
- Safely handle and transport various types of packages, adhering to company safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status and address any minor issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery vehicle.
