Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of deli products including sliced meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering product recommendations and answering queries.
- Operate deli equipment such as slicers, scales, and ovens safely and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas.
- Ensure accurate labelling and display of products, rotating stock as required.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, managing the till system.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries and replenishing displays.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
