Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and safely load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Verify incoming and outgoing goods against manifests or electronic systems, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
- Organize and stack products accurately in designated warehouse locations, adhering to stock rotation and storage guidelines.
- Operate basic manual warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and trolleys safely and competently.
- Strictly adhere to all company health, safety, and operational procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work environment throughout the night shift, ensuring aisles and loading bays are clear.
- Assist with inventory counts and participate in stock-taking activities as required.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily loading targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or damaged goods promptly to supervisors.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to repeatedly lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic, essential for night shift operations.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
