Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of assigned guest rooms and public areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, replenish toiletries, and ensure all fixtures are spotless.
- Change linens and make beds according to hotel standards.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in designated areas.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and staff restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and correctly, following all instructions and safety protocols.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly used, cleaned, and stored after use.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks as required during night shifts.
- Be punctual and reliable for all scheduled night and weekend shifts.
