Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via telephone to discuss overdue accounts in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Listen actively to customers' circumstances to understand their financial challenges.
- Negotiate and agree on suitable repayment plans, considering affordability and financial regulations.
- Accurately update customer accounts and maintain detailed records of all interactions and agreements.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, data protection regulations (GDPR), and relevant financial conduct authority guidelines.
- Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding their accounts and available options.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer queries effectively.
- Identify and escalate vulnerable customer situations appropriately to ensure sensitive handling.
