Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and analysts to understand data visualization requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data presented in visualizations.
- Apply best practices in data storytelling and visual design to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively.
- Perform data exploration, cleansing, and transformation to prepare data for visualization.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all created dashboards and reports, including data sources, logic, and refresh schedules.
- Champion data literacy and visualization best practices across the organization, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Stay abreast of new trends and technologies in data visualization and analytics, recommending improvements and innovative approaches.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve visualization solutions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Data Visualization Specialist, Data Analyst, or similar role with a strong focus on visualization.
