Job Description
Micron Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve our business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance decision-making. This role requires a strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying machine learning models, conducting data analysis, and communicating your findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models to address business challenges.

Required Skills

- Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
