Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and security policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and compile data for reports when required, ensuring information is current and correct.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity across all platforms.
  • Manage time effectively to meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets and deadlines.
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data recovery capabilities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with data entry or similar administrative roles.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM with high accuracy).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
