Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis of marketing campaign performance, customer behaviour patterns, and emerging market trends to uncover strategic opportunities and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards and detailed reports using leading data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate proactively with marketing teams to define critical key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish precise analytical requirements for new marketing initiatives.
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques and methodologies to build sophisticated predictive models for customer segmentation, churn prediction, and campaign optimization.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and highly actionable recommendations tailored for marketing and senior business stakeholders.
- Ensure the highest level of data accuracy and integrity across various marketing data sources and platforms.
- Support the design and execution of A/B testing frameworks and rigorously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing experiments.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in data analytics, marketing technology, and the evolving retail landscape.
- Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure, analytical processes, and reporting capabilities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Data Analyst, with specific focus within a marketing or commercial analytics function.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for efficient data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create impactful dashboards and reports.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formula creation.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis principles and practical experience with A/B testing methodologies.
