Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and organization of large datasets from various sources.
- Perform data analysis using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.), pivot tables, and charts.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and provide clear interpretations of findings.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insightful reports.
- Support in the creation of presentations and visualizations to communicate data-driven recommendations effectively.
- Participate in data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
- Research and recommend new methods for data analysis and reporting to improve efficiency and impact.
- Document processes and methodologies for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Required Skills
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
