Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and validation of data from various sources.
- Perform data analysis using advanced Excel functions (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Power Query).
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Prepare presentations summarizing analytical findings for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
- Identify and communicate data anomalies or inconsistencies to senior analysts.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and special projects as needed.
- Contribute to the documentation of data processes and reporting methodologies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance analytical skills.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros/VBA is a plus).
