Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate key metrics and findings.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to support business initiatives, answer critical questions related to customer behavior, product performance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (marketing, sales, product, operations) to understand their analytical needs and translate them into data requirements and actionable solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data models and predictive analytics to forecast future trends and inform strategic planning.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information used for decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Continuously research and apply new data analysis techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities and processes.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and querying.
- Strong experience with at least one major Business Intelligence (BI) tool (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
- Demonstrated ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret complex datasets to derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.

- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage).
- Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and causal inference methods.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications or IT services industry and its specific data challenges.
