Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for security-related incidents and requests, escalating complex issues to senior cybersecurity specialists as needed.
- Monitor security alerts and dashboards, identifying potential threats and anomalies.
- Assist with user access management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and regular audits.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of security tools and systems, such as antivirus software, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Document security procedures, incident reports, and troubleshooting steps accurately and thoroughly.
- Participate in security awareness training initiatives for employees, helping to foster a culture of security vigilance.
- Perform routine security checks and contribute to vulnerability assessments under supervision.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security best practices are integrated into all operations.
- Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
