Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers as they enter and navigate the store, providing a friendly and helpful presence.
- Actively listen to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and guide them to products or services.
- Assist with processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately at checkout points when required.
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and attractive presentation of store aisles, shelves, and display areas.
- Help to stock shelves and ensure products are correctly priced and rotated.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating to management when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Assist with special promotions, seasonal displays, and inventory checks as directed by store management.
