Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle CRM implementation projects, from planning to post-go-live support.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops with clients.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Configure and customize CRM systems (e.g., SAP CX, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to meet client requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring the quality and integrity of the implemented solution.
- Provide expert training and support to end-users and client teams, facilitating smooth adoption.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and timely delivery.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM trends, technologies, and best practices to offer informed recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic value creation for clients through CRM optimization.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM implementation consulting.
- Proficiency in at least one major CRM platform (e.g., SAP CX, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, sales, service, and marketing processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and German (B2 level or higher).
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations effectively.
- Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to travel to client sites within Germany as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant CRM certifications (e.g., SAP CX Certified, Salesforce Administrator/Consultant).
- Experience with data migration and integration strategies.
- Familiarity with change management principles.
- Prior experience in an IT consulting environment.
- Knowledge of broader ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP) is a plus.
