Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in a comprehensive training program covering credit assessment, loan product knowledge, and client relationship management.
  • Learn to conduct thorough credit assessments for potential clients, including business analysis and financial background checks.
  • Shadow experienced Credit Officers to understand the end-to-end loan application and disbursement process.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of credit proposals under direct supervision.
  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing excellent service.
  • Learn about and adhere to company credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions, offering insights and learning from feedback.
