Key Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent unauthorized access or activities.
- Control access to premises, verifying credentials of employees and visitors, and issuing visitor passes.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internal and external, identifying and reporting any security risks, hazards, or suspicious behavior.
- Respond effectively and promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, following established procedures.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all personnel and visitors.
- Assist with the implementation of security protocols for special events or high-risk situations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with colleagues, management, and external emergency services when necessary.
- Support the Head of Corporate Security in all aspects of security operations and administrative tasks.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance security knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a security-related role (e.g., security guard, patrol officer, corporate security).
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to operate CCTV and other security monitoring equipment.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Physical fitness to conduct patrols and respond to emergencies.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
