Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the corporate premises, both internal and external, to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, fire, and vandalism.
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems, alarm panels, and other security equipment, promptly responding to any alerts or suspicious activities.
- Control access to the facility, verifying credentials, logging visitors, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter designated areas.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, security breaches, and other critical situations, following established protocols.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security, ensuring compliance among employees and visitors.
- Prepare accurate and detailed daily reports, incident reports, and other documentation as required.
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to employees and visitors, directing them as needed and answering security-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services during incidents, as necessary.
- Maintain a high level of physical presence and vigilance to deter potential threats and ensure a secure environment.
Required Skills
- Valid SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) certification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, for clear communication and report writing.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate CCTV and access control systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and perform duties for extended periods.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
