Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Operate cash register, handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, and ensure proper cash drawer balancing.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain attractive and organized merchandise displays.
- Clean and maintain the store premises, including floors, restrooms, counters, and equipment, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Process fuel transactions and assist customers with fuel dispenser operation as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and storing product deliveries.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including age-restricted sales for tobacco and alcohol products.
- Participate in promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations during all shifts.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting money and making change.
