Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media content strategy aligned with brand goals and target audience.
- Create compelling, original, and shareable content (text, image, video, infographics, etc.) for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to enhance our social media presence.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and use data-driven insights to refine content and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and career services teams to ensure brand consistency and integrate social media efforts with broader campaigns.
- Manage content calendars, scheduling posts to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay informed about industry news, competitor activities, and best practices in content creation and social media marketing.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist, with a focus on growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) and video editing capabilities (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Demonstrable ability to create engaging, shareable content across various formats.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, SEO principles, and content marketing best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
