Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Acquisition Strategist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire high-quality content for our platform. This includes identifying and collaborating with content creators, negotiating licensing agreements, and ensuring the content aligns with our brand guidelines and meets our quality standards. You will work closely with the editorial team and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless content acquisition process. This role requires a deep understanding of content marketing, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for creating engaging and informative content. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our platform’s content and improving user experience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential content creators and sources.
- Negotiate licensing agreements and contracts with content providers.
- Manage relationships with content creators and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Ensure all acquired content meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the editorial team and other stakeholders to integrate acquired content seamlessly into the platform.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of content acquisition strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in content acquisition.
- Contribute to the overall growth and improvement of the platform's content ecosystem.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in content acquisition and licensing.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of content marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
