Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labour duties on construction sites, including site preparation, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean work area.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently, as instructed and trained.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians) with their tasks.
- Dig trenches, pour concrete, mix cement, and perform other foundational tasks as required.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and barricades.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety regulations, protocols, and wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Follow blueprints, instructions, and specifications accurately to ensure quality workmanship.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Proven experience in general construction labour.
