Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction duties, including site preparation, trenching, digging, and clearing.
- Assist skilled tradespersons such as carpenters, masons, and electricians.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Participate in the erection of scaffolding, temporary structures, and formwork.
- Mix and pour concrete, mortar, and other building materials.
- Follow blueprints, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by supervisors.
