Key Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, digging, and setting up equipment.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., masons, carpenters, electricians) as directed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including waste removal.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform manual labour tasks such as carrying materials, mixing cement, or shovelling.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers effectively.
- Participate actively in all provided training sessions.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Required Skills
