Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct all on-site construction activities, including civil, structural, and finishing works, ensuring full compliance with blueprints, specifications, and local building codes.
- Develop and implement detailed daily and weekly work schedules, allocate tasks to site personnel and subcontractors, and continuously monitor progress against project timelines.
- Conduct regular and thorough site inspections to ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations, promptly addressing and rectifying any non-conformances.
- Efficiently manage and coordinate material deliveries, optimize equipment utilization, and oversee labor resources to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for architects, engineers, subcontractors, regulatory bodies, and clients, facilitating clear communication and effective issue resolution.
- Prepare comprehensive daily progress reports, document all site activities, and maintain accurate records of work accomplished, resources consumed, and any encountered challenges.
- Implement and rigorously enforce site-specific safety plans, conduct regular toolbox talks, and ensure all personnel are fully aware of and strictly adhere to safety procedures.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and develop effective corrective measures to prevent delays, cost overruns, or compromise on quality.
- Oversee the entire quality control process, ensuring all workmanship and installed materials meet or exceed the required project standards and client expectations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction supervision, specifically within building projects.
