Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures, conducting regular safety briefings and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate daily tasks for construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, optimizing resource allocation and workflow.
- Monitor project progress, track expenses, and manage budgets to ensure projects stay on schedule and within financial parameters.
- Conduct quality control inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers on-site, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, incident reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role, specifically in building or civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Problem-solving aptitude and strong decision-making skills.
