Job Description
Dangote Industries Limited is seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our construction team as Construction Site Laborers in Minna, Niger State. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to construction projects, under the supervision of experienced foremen. You will be contributing to the successful completion of large-scale infrastructure projects, working alongside a team of dedicated professionals. This is a physically demanding role requiring stamina, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, able to follow instructions precisely, and dedicated to teamwork. Experience in construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided to suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the construction site.
- Performing manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Loading and unloading construction materials.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following safety regulations and using appropriate safety equipment.
- Adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
- Working effectively as part of a team.
- Reporting any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Participating in site clean-up activities at the end of each workday.
