Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with all phases of construction projects, from initiation to close-out.
  • Maintain and organise comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Support the creation and monitoring of project schedules, identifying potential delays and proposing solutions.
  • Coordinate resources, equipment, and material deliveries to project sites in Brighton and surrounding areas.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Attend project meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately record and distribute minutes.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and change order documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify conditions, and assist with quality control checks.
  • Support the preparation of project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
