Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and into designated areas on the site.
- Assist skilled tradespersons (e.g., masons, carpenters, electricians) with their tasks as required.
- Perform general site clean-up, including debris removal, sweeping, and organizing tools/materials.
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth using hand tools.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures, scaffolding, and barriers.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies diligently to maintain a safe work environment.
- Transport materials between work areas manually or using simple equipment.
- Prepare work sites by clearing obstacles and ensuring proper groundwork.
