Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to students and staff regarding computer hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer operating systems and applications.
- Ensure all computer equipment, peripherals, and workstations are clean, organized, and in proper working condition.
- Monitor lab usage, maintain a positive learning environment, and enforce lab policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management of hardware and software licenses.
- Support instructors during classes or workshops held in the computer labs.
- Report complex technical issues to senior IT staff for further resolution.
Required Skills
