Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Support residents with meal times, ensuring adequate nutrition and hydration.
- Administer medication as prescribed and meticulously record observations.
- Engage residents in stimulating activities and provide companionship.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and care plans.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other care team members.
Required Skills

- Familiarity with Rwandan healthcare standards and practices.
- Ability to speak Kinyarwanda is a plus.
