Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport company personnel, documents, and other items as assigned.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate logbooks, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports.
- Keep the company vehicle clean and tidy, both inside and out.
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Assist with loading and unloading items, ensuring their safe handling.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch, supervisors, and relevant departments regarding schedule changes or delays.
- Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid South African Driver's License (Code B/8 or higher)
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Proven ability to drive safely and defensively
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting

- Ability to communicate effectively in English
