Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation services for company executives and clients as required.
- Maintain the company vehicle(s) in immaculate condition, ensuring cleanliness, optimal fuel levels, and regular service checks.
- Plan and execute efficient routes, considering traffic conditions, road closures, and alternative paths to ensure punctuality.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations, prioritizing the safety and comfort of passengers.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding all company matters and passenger discussions.
- Be flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to accommodate executive schedules.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or incidents immediately to management.
- Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License (Class E or G preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional chauffeur or executive driving experience.
- Impeccable driving record with no history of major accidents or traffic violations.
- Thorough knowledge of Abeokuta city routes, road networks, and traffic patterns.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
