We are actively seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to become an integral part of our dynamic and nationally recognised Real Estate team, based in our vibrant Birmingham office. This presents an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a minimum of 4 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in commercial property law to significantly contribute to a practice that is consistently ranked among the top tiers. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with managing a diverse and complex caseload, encompassing high-value acquisitions and disposals, intricate landlord and tenant portfolio management, bespoke property development projects, and sophisticated property finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, and property development.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various property documents, such as leases, agreements for lease, options, conditional contracts, and transfers.
- Conducting thorough due diligence and title investigations.
- Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property law, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing clear, concise, and commercially astute advice.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues across different departments and offices.

Required Skills
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
