Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior client relations specialists in managing client accounts and inquiries.
- Respond to client emails and phone calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and support.
- Maintain and update client records in our CRM system with precision and confidentiality.
- Learn and apply client relations best practices, company policies, and service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless experience.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to client interactions and feedback.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and client service skills.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
