Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning personnel, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop, implement, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for all corporate facility areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure adherence to the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and efficient usage.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of all cleaning machinery and tools.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues, complaints, or emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and supply usage.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a cleaning supervisory role, preferably within a corporate or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.

- Thorough knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and modern cleaning techniques.

Preferred Qualifications
- OND/HND in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Certification in cleaning management, hygiene, or occupational health and safety.
- Prior experience in a live-in facility management or supervisory role.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
