Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in all designated areas, including guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, restrooms, and other public spaces, during night and weekend shifts.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and polishing surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and other areas in accordance with hotel hygiene standards.
- Empty waste bins, transport waste to designated disposal areas, and ensure proper waste management.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public restrooms as required.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning shifts.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor towards guests, colleagues, and management at all times.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects or special requests as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night and weekend shifts.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, lifting, and pushing.
