Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties in designated public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common facilities, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation.
- Execute deep cleaning tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, polishing furniture and fixtures, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces.
- Collect and dispose of waste, empty trash receptacles, and ensure proper waste segregation in accordance with hotel policies.
- Monitor and replenish supplies in restrooms and other public areas throughout the shift.
- Inspect assigned areas for any maintenance issues (e.g., faulty lights, leaks, broken fixtures) and report them promptly to the maintenance department or supervisor.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to spills, accidents, and other urgent cleaning requests.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Adhere strictly to hotel safety and security procedures, including the use of appropriate cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Prepare designated areas for morning operations, ensuring all setups are complete and areas are immaculate.
- Work independently while contributing to overall team goals and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
