Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and stationery.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items found in rooms or public areas.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and hotel policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping trolleys and storage areas.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and periodic tasks as required.
- Collaborate effectively with other housekeeping staff, front desk, and maintenance teams.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned duties within specified timeframes.
- Ensure security of assigned keys and guest room access.
