Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas daily, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish fresh towels and amenities.
- Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and polish bathroom fixtures and surfaces.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport soiled linens and trash to designated areas.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain a stocked and organized cleaning cart.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
